Leerdam er en by og tidligere kommune i kommunen Vijfheerenlanden, i den hollandske provins Utrecht. Leerdam er med 18.945 indbyggere den 1. januar 2021 den største by inden for kommunen, og rådhuset er beliggende der. Den 1. januar 1986 blev kommunerne Schoonrewoerd og Kedichem slået sammen med kommunen Leerdam. Fra 1. januar 2019 blev kommunen Leerdam en del af den nydannede kommune Vijfheerenlanden, som blev en del af provinsen Utrecht. Allerede den 1. januar 2018 var de administrative organisationer fra de tre kommuner Leerdam, Vianen og Zederik blevet sammenlagt.
