Nieuw Eyckholt i Heerlen er også i 2025 start- og slutsted / camping for Obvion Limburgs Mooiste. Her ligger tilmeldingskontoret, permanensen, service- og sanitetsfaciliteterne, restauranttorvet og Limburgs Mooiste Cykelmarked. Efter cykelturen kan deltagerne nyde en yderst hyggelig eftersamling i en 'grøn' omgivelser, den såkaldte "après vélo". Der er forskellige spise- og drikkeområder med underholdning og musik, men også hjørner til rolig afslapning. Campingpladsen for deltagere af Limburgs Mooiste ligger på denne lokation.
