Sint Pancratiuskirke, Kirkeplads 1 Mesch
Sint Pancratiuskirke er et besøg værd. De ældste dele, skibet med de første tre vinduer, stammer sandsynligvis fra det 9. eller 10. århundrede. Dette fremgår af det for Nederlandene unikke opus spicatum, fiskebensmønsteret (se billede), i ydermuren. Den smukke Sint Pancratiuskirke, beliggende ved Pelgrimstien og Pieterpad, er en af Nederlands' ældste stenbygninger og den ældste kirke i Limburg. Sint Pancratius er en af de tre iste hellige. De andre to er Sint Servaas og Sint Bonifatius. Under augustmarkedet var det almindeligt at ære relikvierne fra Sint Pancratius. Han blev især påkaldt for hjælp ved børnesygdomme, men også ved gigt, reumatisme og eksem.
