Vesterelle er et estuar i den nederlandske provins Zeeland, beliggende mellem Walcheren og Syd-Beveland på den nordlige side og Zeeuws-Vlaanderen på den sydlige side. I modsætning til Østerschelde, Grevelingen og Haringvliet er det ikke afskåret som en del af Deltaværkerne. Årsagen hertil er, at havnen i Antwerpen forbliver tilgængelig.
