Slot Geulle blev bygget i 1595 af Wolter Hoen van Hoensbroeck. Fra den imponerende bygning fra den tid stråler forborgeren med slotsgraven stadig i fuld pragt. Borgen er omgivet af en vidunderlig have med gamle træer. På den modsatte side af vejen står der to 18. århundredes portpiller overfor adgangsbroen. Denne oase af ro ligger 12 kilometer nord for Maastricht mellem Maas-floden og Julianakanaalen.
