Stroe er en landsby i kommunen Barneveld, i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Landsbyen har, inklusive omegnen, 1500 indbyggere (2004).
Landsbyen ligger ved jernbanelinjen Amersfoort-Apeldoorn, nær A1, på grænsen mellem Veluwe og Gelderse Vallei. Mellem 1881 og 1937 havde Stroe en station. Det nærliggende område Garderbroek, der ligger sydvest for landsbyen, tilhører også Stroe.
I Stroe ligger landsbyhuset De Hofstee. Derudover er der i Stroe blandt andet en garage og et pandekagehus.
Stroe er sandsynligvis en af de ældste bosættelser i Holland.
