Station Helmond er en jernbanestation i Helmond, beliggende ved statsbane E, på strækningen mellem Eindhoven og Venlo. Stationen blev åbnet den 1. oktober 1866. Det er den vigtigste station i Helmond, hvor også en intercity stopper. Den første station stod der fra 1864 til 1987. Dette var en standardstation type 4. Denne type station var beregnet til mindre byer. Bygningen var høj og rektangulær med et spidst tag i midten. Arkitekten for denne type station var Brederode.
