Molen De Dikkert var en restaurant i Amstelveen, Holland. Det havde én Michelin-stjerne i perioden 1983-1992.
Restauranten gik konkurs i 1992. Under afviklingen af konkursen blev restauranten, dengang ejet af Bob Goudsmit, solgt til Yen Ho Kai, der fortsatte driften af restauranten.
