El molino De Dikkert fue un restaurante en Amstelveen, Países Bajos. Tenía una estrella Michelin en el período de 1983 a 1992.
El restaurante se declaró en quiebra en 1992. Durante la liquidación de la quiebra, el restaurante, que en ese momento era propiedad de Bob Goudsmit, fue vendido a Yen Ho Kai, quien continuó con el restaurante.
