Vlissingen Souburg er en jernbanestation i den del af kommunen Vlissingen, der hedder Øst-Souburg.
Vlissingen Souburg udfylder en vigtig supplerende funktion i forhold til den noget excentrisk beliggende station Vlissingen og betjener udover kerneområdet Øst-Souburg også de nordlige forstæder til Vlissingen. Stationen ligger langs Kanalen gennem Walcheren, tæt på drejebroen, der forbinder Øst-Souburg med Vest-Souburg og den vlissingse bydel Westerzicht. Det er den mest vestligt beliggende station i Holland.
