Station Middelburg er jernbanestationen i den Zeeuwse hovedstad Middelburg. Det ligger på linjen Roosendaal - Vlissingen. Det blev åbnet den 1. marts 1872, og den oprindelige stationsbygning er stadig i brug. Stationen ligger lige inden for det historiske bycentrum, mellem Kanal gennem Walcheren - som på stedet passeres af stationsbroen - og den tidligere ydre vold, Segeerssingel. Stationsområdet har siden år 2000 gennemgået en forvandling. Der blev anlagt en ny busterminal, hvor en direkte omstigning fra tog er mulig, og i 2004 åbnede det nye bykontor og kontoret for Vandrådet Zeeuwse Eilanden deres døre.
