La stazione di Middelburg è la stazione ferroviaria della capitale zeelandese Middelburg. Si trova lungo la linea Roosendaal – Vlissingen. Fu inaugurata il 1 marzo 1872 e l'edificio originale della stazione è ancora in uso. La stazione si trova appena dentro il centro storico della città, tra il Canale di Walcheren - che in quel punto è attraversato dal ponte della stazione - e, il precedente bastione esterno, il Segeerssingel. L'area della stazione ha subito una metamorfosi dal 2000. È stata costruita una nuova stazione degli autobus che consente un cambio diretto dal treno ed nel 2004 hanno aperto le loro porte il nuovo ufficio comunale e l'ufficio dell'Autorità idrica delle Isole Zeeland.
