Sankt-Johannes Døberkirke er en kirke i Sambeek i kommunen Land van Cuijk i den nederlandske provins Nord-Brabant. Kirken ligger på Grotestraat 65, og mod nordvest står den fritstående tårn fra den gamle Sankt-Johannes Døberkirke. I 1648 kom den middelalderlige kirke til reformerte, og katolikkerne måtte holde gudstjeneste i en hemmelig kirke.
