Du kan ikke undgå den buede bygning fra Waterman Culinair, når du kører mod havnen i Werkendam. Den markante bygning huser ikke kun en brasserie med en hyggelig terrasse, men også et salskompleks. Ejer John de Vries åbnede bygningen i 2002 og er en entusiastisk vært og iværksætter.
