Man kann das bogenförmige Gebäude von Waterman Culinair nicht verfehlen, wenn man in Richtung des Yachthafens von Werkendam fährt. Das markante Gebäude beherbergt nicht nur eine Brasserie mit einer gemütlichen Terrasse, sondern auch einen Veranstaltungsbereich. Besitzer John de Vries eröffnete das Gebäude im Jahr 2002 und ist ein begeisterter Gastgeber und Unternehmer.
Die Terrasse bietet einen Blick über den Hafen von Werkendam.
