Sterksel er en af de kerner i kommunen Heeze-Leende, i den hollandske provins Noord-Brabant. Sterksel har cirka 1.785 indbyggere. Fra 1816 til 1925 tilhørte Sterksel kommunen Soerendonk og Sterksel. Denne kommune blev i 1819 udvidet med Gastel. I 1925 blev stedet tilføjet kommunen Maarheeze. Ved fusionen i 1997 mellem Maarheeze og Budel til Cranendonck blev stedet tilføjet kommunen Heeze-Leende.
