Cascais er en by og kommune i den portugisiske kommune Lissabon. Kommunen har et samlet areal på 97,4 km² og havde 212.474 indbyggere i 2018. I 2007 fandt verdensmesterskaberne i sejlads sted her. I august 2011 blev den første runde af World Series af America's Cup afholdt i Cascais. I kommunen ligger Estoril-banen.
