Rua Augusta er en gade i centrum af den portugisiske hovedstad Lissabon. Den strækker sig fra Praça do Comércio cirka 550 meter i nordlig retning til Praça de D. Pedro IV.
Rua Augusta er den centrale akse i Baixa Pombalina, som blev genopbygget efter jordskælvet i 1755 efter planer af Eugénio dos Santos og Carlos Mardel. Den fik navnet Augusta ved dekret den 5. november 1760. Med dette dekret blev der også fastlagt zoner for handlende med forskellige handelsvarer i gaden.
