Hedwig-Eleonora-Kirken er en kirke beliggende i Stockholms bydel Östermalm. Bygningen blev indviet den 21. august 1737 og er opkaldt efter hustruen til Karl X. Gustav, dronning Hedwig Eleonora af Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf.
Den lokale menighed havde siden 1615 en kirke på halvøen Blasieholmen, hvor Nationalmuseet nu ligger, men i den tid hvor Karl XI. var under værgemål blev der i 1664 besluttet at bygge en ny kirke. Byarkitekten Jean de la Vallée udarbejdede planer til en ottekantet bygning, som kort tid efter blev afbildet i Erik Dahlbergs samling Suecia antiqua et hodierna.
