De Hedwig-Eleonora-kerk is een kerkgebouw in de Stockholmse wijk Östermalm. De bouw werd op 21 augustus 1737 ingewijd en is vernoemd naar de echtgenote van Karl X. Gustav, koningin Hedwig Eleonora van Sleeswijk-Holstein-Gottorf.
De ter plaatse gevestigde parochie had sinds 1615 een kerk op het schiereiland Blasieholmen, waar nu het Nationaal Museum staat, maar tijdens de periode dat Karl XI onder curatele stond, werd in 1664 besloten tot de bouw van een nieuwe kerk. De stadsarchitect Jean de la Vallée maakte plannen voor een achthoekig gebouw, die al kort daarna in Erik Dahlbergs verzameling Suecia antiqua et hodierna werden afgebeeld.
