Copacabana er en natklub i New York City, der har eksisteret på flere steder, og den ligger i øjeblikket på Times Square.
I tidligere lokationer fik mange underholdere, såsom Danny Thomas, Pat Cooper og komedieholdet Martin og Lewis, deres New York-debut på Copacabana. Barry Manilow-sangen "Copacabana" er opkaldt efter klubben. Natklubben blev brugt som setting i filmene Goodfellas, Raging Bull, Tootsie, The Purple Rose of Cairo, Carlito's Way, The French Connection, Martin og Lewis, Green Book, Beyond the Sea og The Irishman. Den blev også brugt i flere teaterstykker, herunder Barry Manilows Copacabana. Desuden foregår den musikalske film Copacabana, med Groucho Marx og Carmen Miranda i hovedrollerne, i The Copacabana. En del af 2003 Yerba Buena-sangen "Guajira" foregår der.
