Sankt Ruprecht an der Raab ist eine Marktgemeinde mit 5551 Einwohnern in der Steiermark. Im Rahmen der Gemeindestrukturreform in der Steiermark wurden am 1. Jänner 2015 die Gemeinden Etzersdorf-Rollsdorf und Unterfladnitz eingemeindet.Das Gemeindegebiet wird von der Raab durchflossen, das zweitgrößte Gewässer ist der Weizbach. Der tiefste Punkt der Gemeinde liegt im Süden bei 370 Meter über dem Meer, die höchste Erhebung ist Steinbauernhöhe mit 512 Meter im Osten.
