Nördlich der Marktsiedlung Grades in Kärnten, auf einem steilen Felshügel über dem Metnitzbach gelegen, wacht das Schloss Grades über den zentralen Teil des Metnitztales. Es steht im Ortsteil Grades der Gemeinde Metnitz im Bezirk St. Veit an der Glan. Zeitweise wurde das Schloss als eigene Ortschaft betrachtet; heute ist es Teil der Ortschaft Grades.
