Die Royersschleuse ist eine Schleuse im Hafen von Antwerpen. Sie wurde 1907 erbaut und feierte 2007 ihr hundertjähriges Bestehen.
Die Schleuse ist 180 Meter lang und 22 Meter breit. Die TAW-Tiefe beträgt theoretisch 6,41 Meter. Die Schleuse liegt in einer nordost-südwestlichen Ausrichtung. Der Außenkanal ist etwa 500 Meter lang und auf der Nordseite mit 12 hohen Pfählen markiert. Auf der Südseite steht ein langes Fußsteg, auf dem das Signalmännchen steht.
