Gijzelbrechtegem ist ein kleines Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Westflandern und ein Teilgemeinde von Anzegem. Bis 1971 war es eine selbständige Gemeinde. In der Volkssprache wird von Grijsloke gesprochen. Der Dorfkern des kleinen Ortes ist nahezu mit den Gebäuden rund um das Bahnhofviertel der Hauptgemeinde Anzegem verwachsen.
Gijzelbrechtegem ist derzeit vor allem bekannt durch das Laufereignis "Dwars durch Grijsloke". Außerdem gibt es auch eine Legende über die "Hexen von Grijsloke".
