Die Sint-Annakerk von Oud-Heverlee hat einen Turm, der aus Sand und Eisen-Sandsteinblöcken gebaut ist. Die Kirche steht in einem ummauerten Friedhof. Am bemerkenswertesten ist der Turm aus dem 11. Jahrhundert mit Zelt-Dach. Die van Peteghemorgel stammt aus dem Jahr 1816 und steht seit 1980 unter Schutz. Die Kirche, wie das Pfarreihaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert in der Dorpsstraat, steht seit 1980 unter Schutz.
