La iglesia de Sint-Anna en Oud-Heverlee tiene una torre construida con bloques de arena y piedra de hierro. La iglesia se encuentra en un cementerio amurallado. Lo más notable es la torre del siglo XI con techo a dos aguas. El órgano de Peteghem data de 1816 y está protegido desde 1980. La iglesia, al igual que la casa parroquial del siglo XVIII en la calle Dorpsstraat, está protegida desde 1980.
