Das Zilvermeer ist vielleicht unsere bekannteste Touristenattraktion. Seit 1959 kommen jeden Sommer tausende Touristen aus dem In- und Ausland, um die Sonne am strahlend weißen Strand zu genießen. Das Erholungsgebiet liegt in einer schönen, waldreichen Umgebung. Neben einem Strand mit einem Badesee verfügt das Gebiet über einen großen Spielplatz für alle Altersgruppen.
