Ophain-Bois-Seigneur-Isaac ist ein Stadtteil von Eigenbrakel in der belgischen Provinz Wallonisch-Brabant. Er besteht aus den Dörfern Bois-Seigneur-Isaac und Ophain. Durch den Stadtteil fließt der Fluss Hain. Ophain hing teilweise vom Herzogtum Brabant und teilweise vom Grafen von Hennegau, unter der Kastelrei 's-Gravenbrakel, ab. Bois-Seigneur-Isaac gehörte zur Kastelrei 's-Gravenbrakel. Die Ferraris-Karte aus den 1770er Jahren zeigt diesen Zustand, mit im Norden das Dorf Ophain im Herzogtum Brabant und im Süden Bois Seig.r Isaac auf dem Gebiet der Kastelrei 's-Gravenbrakel.
