Die Altstadt von Dalhem mit ihren alten Häusern und den Überresten des Donjons der ehemaligen Festung ist einen Besuch wert. Eine sehr alte Treppe, die "Wichet de la Rose" genannt wird, ist ein ehemaliges Tor, das das Tal mit der Festung verbindet. Die Kirche wurde anstelle der ehemaligen Kapelle der Burg errichtet.
