Soy ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Luxemburg und ein Stadtteil von Érezée. In Soy liegen auch die Dörfer Biron, Fisenne und Wy.
1812 wurde die Gemeinde Fisenne aufgelöst und zu Soy hinzugefügt. 1823 wurde Biron von Wéris, zu dem es seit 1812 gehörte, abgetrennt und zu Soy angegliedert. Soy blieb bis zu den Gemeindefusionen von 1977 eine selbständige Gemeinde, als es ein Stadtteil von Érezée wurde. Im Osten wurde Ny abgetrennt und in die Gemeinde Hotton überführt.
