Soy è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Lussemburgo ed una frazione di Érezée. A Soy si trovano anche i villaggi di Biron, Fisenne e Wy.
Nel 1812 il comune di Fisenne fu soppresso e unito a Soy. Nel 1823 Biron si distaccò da Wéris, a cui apparteneva dal 1812, e fu annesso a Soy. Soy rimase un comune autonomo fino alle fusioni comunali del 1977, quando divenne una frazione di Érezée. A est, Ny fu separato e trasferito al comune di Hotton.
