Eksaarde ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Ostflandern und eine Teilgemeinde von Lokeren. Im Südwesten liegt das Weiler Doorslaar.
Eksaarde ist wahrscheinlich entlang des Heerwegs zwischen Antwerpen und Brügge entstanden. Um 1230 wurde es eine eigene Pfarrei mit einer eigenen Kirche, zuvor war es ein Teil der Pfarrei Waasmunster.
