Eksaarde es una aldea en la provincia belga de Flandes Oriental y una parte del municipio de Lokeren. Al suroeste se encuentra la aldea de Doorslaar.
Eksaarde probablemente se originó a lo largo del camino real entre Amberes y Brujas. Alrededor de 1230, se convirtió en una parroquia separada con su propia iglesia, que hasta entonces había sido parte de la parroquia de Waasmunster.
