Eke ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Ostflandern und ein Stadtteil von Nazareth. Das Dorf liegt an der Schelde. Eke ist ein Straßendorf. Nördlich des Zentrums liegt das Weiler Landuit, und weiter gibt es die kleineren Weiler Ten Ede, Ganzenbroek und Zwartegat, die jetzt durch Zeilenbau miteinander verbunden sind. Die Gemeinde wird von Süden nach Norden durch die verbreiterte und geradlinig verlaufende Steinweg von Oudenaarde nach Gent und von Süden nach Westen durch die Eisenbahnlinie Gent-Oudenaarde mit Halt in Nazareth, nahe der Grenze zu Eke, durchzogen. Im Norden der Gemeinde entlang der Straße Gent-Oudenaarde und in der Nähe der Autobahn entstand ein großes Industriegebiet.
