Korbeek-Dijle ist ein Dorf und Stadtteil von Bertem in der belgischen Provinz Flämisch-Brabant. Bis zur Gemeindereform von 1977 war es eine selbständige Gemeinde. Unter dem Ancien Régime war Korbeek-Dijle eine eigenständige Herrschaft. Juristisch fiel es unter die Meierei von Herent im Viertel von Löwen des Herzogtums Brabant. Nach der französischen Invasion wurde das Dorf als Gemeinde dem Kanton Tervuren des Dijledepartements zugeordnet. Korbeek behielt seinen Status als selbständige Gemeinde bis 1977, als es mit Bertem fusionierte.
