Leke ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Westflandern und ein Teilgemeinde der Stadt Diksmuide. Es ist ein ländliches Wohngebiet mit etwas mehr als 1100 Einwohnern. Der Dorfkern liegt 8 Kilometer vom Zentrum von Diksmuide entfernt.
Leke liegt an der Grenze des westflämischen Poldergebiets und des Zandlemig Flanderns auf einer Höhe von etwa 3 Metern. Obwohl frühere Besiedlung nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann, wurde Leke erstmals 1119 schriftlich erwähnt. Der Name soll vom Germanischen Laku stammen und ein mooriges Gebiet bezeichnen. 1145 war Leke bereits eine eigenständige Pfarrei, die von der von Vladslo abgetrennt wurde. Das Patrozinium lag bei der Gentse Sint-Pietersabdij. Verwaltungstechnisch blieb Leke ein Teil der Herrschaft Ter Heyde, die ihren Sitz in Vladslo hatte.
