Das passive Haus hat eine Fassadenbreite von 30 Metern und ist an der Vorderseite geschlossen. An der Rückseite hat dieses Haus eine gesamte Glasbreite von 16 Metern. Um das Haus vor Überhitzung zu schützen, ist es mit einem horizontalen Sonnenschutz mit einer Spannweite von 4 Metern ausgestattet. Der Sonnenschutz reguliert sich selbst entsprechend der Sonnenstellung und der Innentemperatur. Die Fassadenverkleidung besteht aus Natura-Platten.
