The passive house has a façade width of 30 meters and is closed at the front. At the back, this house has a total glass width of 16 meters. To protect the house from overheating, it is equipped with a horizontal sunshade with a 4-meter span. The sunshade is self-regulating according to the position of the sun and indoor temperature. The façade cladding consists of Natura panels.
