In unmittelbarer Nähe von Marcq, im kleinen Weiler Labiau, wurde 1619 eine Sankt Anna geweihte Kapelle errichtet. Die Verehrung der Heiligen nahm solche Ausmaße an, dass das Gebäude 1690 ausgebaut und 1803 zum öffentlichen Gebetort wurde.
Ein Jahrhundert später wurde die Entscheidung getroffen, an Stelle der alten Kapelle eine neue Kirche zu bauen, die 1905 eingeweiht wurde. Sie besteht aus Back- und Kalksteinen und hat eine kleine Vorhalle. Sie besitzt einen kleinen Turm mit pyramidenförmiger Spitze.
Im Inneren, unter einem mit Tafelwerk bekleideten Tonnengewölbe, fällt der Blick auf eine mehrfarbige Statue der Sankt Anna in Begleitung der Jungfrau mit dem Kinde (17. Jh.). Eigenartigerweise befindet sich in der Kirche an einer Innenmauer links vom Chor eine Glocke, deren Ursprung ungewiss ist. Vielleicht ist sie das Geschenk eines Mönchs der Abtei von Bois Seigneur während der Französischen Revolution.
