Die Sint-Janskerk ist ein historisches Kirchengebäude im Zentrum der belgischen Stadt Lüttich. Das Gebäude besteht aus einem romanischen Westwerk, einem spätgotischen Kreuzgang und einem barocken Zentralbau mit Priesterchor.
Die Kirche trägt ihren Beinamen "Sint-Jan-op-het-eiland", weil das Gebäude früher auf einer Insel lag, die durch einen Maasarm vom Rest der Stadt abgeschnitten war.
