La Iglesia de San Juan es un edificio histórico en el centro de la ciudad belga de Lieja. El edificio consta de un ábside románico, un claustro de estilo gótico tardío y una construcción central barroca con coro de sacerdotes.
La iglesia recibe su apodo "San Juan en la isla" porque el edificio solía estar en una isla, que estaba separada del resto de la ciudad por un brazo del Mosa.
