Das AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem, kurz SEZZ, ist ein allgemeines katholisches Krankenhaus in der belgischen Stadt Zottegem. Es wurde 1938 von Doktor André Schotte, dem Bistum Gent und den Franziskanerinnen im Egmontschloss gegründet. Es begann mit 15 Betten, zog 1948 in die Godveerdegemstraße um und zählt nach zahlreichen Erweiterungen nunmehr 334 Krankenhausbetten und 45 Betten im Tageszentrum. Es beschäftigt 723 Mitarbeiter, darunter 92 Ärzte.
