AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem is a general Catholic hospital in the Belgian city of Zottegem. It was founded by Dr. André Schotte, the Diocese of Ghent and the Franciscan Sisters in 1938 in the Egmont Castle. It started with 15 beds, moved to Godveerdegemstraat in 1948 and after numerous expansions, it now has 334 hospital beds and 45 beds in the day centre. It employs 723 staff, including 92 doctors.
