Das Schloss Lozer, Schloss della Faille D'huysse oder Schloss Huise ist ein Schloss an der Kasteelstraat und der Appelhoekstraat in Lozer, einem Stadtteil von Kruisem, nahe dem Lozerwald.
Das Schlossgelände mit Nebengebäuden befindet sich in einem weitläufigen Landschaftspark mit Teichen. Die alte Schlossanlage wurde bereits 1080 erwähnt und gelangte im 16. Jahrhundert in den Besitz von Philipp von Montmorency; das Gut hieß im siebzehnten Jahrhundert t Goed Uplosere. 1654 erwarb der Großbaljuw von Gent Jean-Baptiste della Faille das Schloss. Seine Familie besitzt das Schloss noch immer und betreibt in den Nebengebäuden eine Gästeunterkunft. Das Schloss wurde nach 1914 zuletzt an sein heutiges neo-Ludwig XVI-Äußeres angepasst. Der heutige waldreiche Schlosspark von 13 Hektar wurde 1885 von dem Gartenarchitekten Friedrich Eduard Keilig angelegt.
