Diese Wohnstätte mit einer Fassade aus Ziegeln und Kalkstein stammt aus der ersten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts. Sie wird von zusammenhängenden rechteckigen Fenstern erhellt, deren Lisenen sich verlängern und mit Ziegeln in den oberen Etagen und mit Kalkstein im Erdgeschoss von Brüstungshöhen gerahmt werden.
Als Denkmal am 4. Juli 1989 eingestuft.
