Diese fotogene Fußgänger- und Fahrradbrücke ist ein schönes Beispiel für Architektur. Fußgänger und Radfahrer können über die Parkbrug flüssig von Park Spoor Noord zum Eilandje und umgekehrt gelangen. Die Parkbrug überspannt die Italienlei in Höhe des Noorderplatzes. Auf der Seite des Eilandje ruht die Brücke auf dem London Tower, auf der Seite von Park Spoor Noord auf dem Hauptgebäude der Artesis Plantijn Hochschule Antwerpen. Mit ihrer ungewöhnlichen Form ist die Brücke ein auffälliges Eingangstor in den Norden der Stadt. Die Parkbrug wurde im Juli 2016 eröffnet. Anfang 2019 begannen die Arbeiten an der Fahrradrampe auf der Seite des Eilandje. Unten finden Sie einen Link zu einem beeindruckenden Video über die Montage und den Transport der Brücke.
