Der Form- und Backprozess hat in den letzten 50 Jahren keine Veränderungen erfahren, da Tests mit modernen Techniken keine Verbesserungen brachten. Da die Fassadensteine noch an der Luft trocknen, wird nur während der Sommermonate gearbeitet.
