Die 1989 gegründete VoG Behindertentagesstätte Kelmis und Umgebung unterstützt Menschen
mit mentalen und/oder körperlichen Einschränkungen und bezieht diese selbst in die Arbeit ein.
Über die Käseherstellung hinaus schult der Verein die Behinderten in der Pflege der Tiere, im Sekretariat und dem Betrieb des Schulbauernhofs ebenso wie in seinem kleinen Café Alte Kirche.
