Der kleine See von Warfaaz liegt in den Ardennen, am Rande der Stadt Spa. Seine Fläche beträgt 6,5 Hektar, seine größte Länge 600 m und seine Breite ca. 200 m. Die Wassertiefe variiert zwischen 1 und 7 m. Der See wird vom Bach Wayai gespeist, der im gleichnamigen Weiler entspringt. Der Bach durchquert die Satdt Spa und mündet in die Hoëgne bei Theux. Der Seeumfang ist asphaltiert, was einen leichten Zugang zu den Fischgründen ermöglicht. Zahlreiche Wanderwege, ein Spielplatz, ein Tretbootverleih und mehrere Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe zum See vorhanden.
